CLOUD ARCHITECTURE
ARCHITECTURE & INTERFACE STUDY

The work behind the request.

One more standard tool rarely resolves every issue in a mature workflow. We examine the work behind the screens: where is data entered twice, where is visibility missing and which decisions need reliable information?

CANAVIA / ENGINEERING LAB

An architecture you can explore.

Shared Vision is the technical principle behind our platform architecture. Changes are synchronised across connected applications so teams work from a shared foundation. Our own framework connects data models, business rules and interfaces.

Interactive concept with sample data. No connection to a production system.

01 / A closer look

Understanding the process behind the spreadsheet.

An established spreadsheet often contains responsibilities, exceptions and informal approvals as well as data. We make those relationships explicit before translating them into software. Together, we establish which information is authoritative and where decisions are made.

A shared model

Records, statuses, roles and data are described in understandable terms. This reveals what the application should do and where a process can first be simplified. Technology follows that foundation.

02 / A closer look

Reliable information for the next step.

A custom application can bring customer information, tasks and documents into context. People need to find what matters to them and understand changes. We develop the interface, business rules and data model together; a dashboard alone cannot resolve an unclear process.

Deliberate connections

Integrations require agreement about which system owns each type of information. Imports, updates and conflicts need defined rules. Before migration, we assess formats, mappings and incomplete records.

03 / A closer look

Introducing software while business continues.

A new application has to fit a running operation. A useful, bounded first area often provides a sensible start. Feedback from that real use informs improvements and the next areas to introduce.

Clarity beyond launch

Access, operations, central workflows and responsibilities are documented within the agreed scope. We establish how issues are reported and changes prioritised so the product can grow with your business.

This comparison provides direction. Scope and implementation depend on your project.

What we can build for you.

01

Model the work

We define tasks, data and responsibilities to establish a shared understanding and a prioritised scope.

02

Develop the system

The interface, data model and business logic are built together. Roles, traceable changes and appropriate integrations belong in the plan.

03

Introduce it gradually

A useful first version creates a basis for real feedback. Migration, introduction and further development are planned around your operation.

ONE POSSIBLE WORKFLOW

A customer enquiry becomes a case with owners, documents and a visible status. Information no longer has to be assembled from disconnected lists.

What the scope can include.

  • Internal business applications and administration
  • Dashboards, cases and document workflows
  • SaaS products and tenant concepts
  • Integrations and existing-data migration

CANAVIA

What you receive.

You receive the agreed application and documentation of its central workflows. Operations, access, data transfer and future development are clarified as part of the project.

Useful to know.

Can existing systems be connected?

We inspect their interfaces and access conditions to establish what is useful and reliable to implement.

Does everything have to be replaced at once?

No. A clearly defined first area is often a better starting point. Additional functions can follow.
