Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH in Germany. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves technical request data, which may include your IP address, request time, requested page, response status and browser information. Contact enquiries
Our contact form sends your name, email address, subject and message to contact@canavia.tech. We use these details to review your enquiry and reply. You can also email us directly. Please include only information needed for your enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a product account.
Why we process these data
Where applicable, contract enquiries rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) or LGPD Article 7(V); other enquiries and service security rely on legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) or LGPD Article 7(IX), subject to the required balancing. Form security
A temporary session cookie protects the contact form against forged submissions. To limit repeated abusive requests, the form uses an IP-derived, keyed pseudonymous identifier in temporary server files. Counters apply to a one-hour window; expired counters are removed on subsequent form requests. There is no scheduled deletion at the exact end of that window. This identifier is not used for advertising or audience measurement. Separate provider access logs may still contain IP addresses.
Local assets and external links
Images, fonts and other website assets are served locally. We use no analytics, marketing cookies, embedded videos or social-media embeds. When you choose an external link, your browser connects to that website, which applies its own privacy practices.
Germany and Brazil
Hosting in Germany does not mean all processing takes place in the EU. CANAVIA B² TECHNOLOGIES LTDA. operates from Brazil, where authorised team members may access enquiries to answer them.
