Mobile Applications & Portals

A shared view.
Wherever work happens.

We develop mobile applications and B2B portals as part of your cloud ecosystem. Users receive the data, functions and access relevant to their role, connected to back-office processes.

  • Mobile & browser applications
  • Role-based customer and partner portals
  • Synchronisation & integration

ARCHITECTURE & INTERFACE STUDY

The work behind the request.

An app is useful when it makes a task easier. Together we establish what users need to do, which information they require and which functions matter for a first release.

01 / A closer look

Designed for the moment of use.

An application for field teams is used differently from a customer portal at a desk. Small screens, limited attention and changing connectivity influence the experience. We describe the important situations and build screen flows around the actual work.

A focused first release

The first version needs a complete core journey rather than every possible feature. We prioritise by value, dependencies and effort, with a clear plan for later improvements.

02 / A closer look

Connecting people with the right information.

Customers may need their own records, document uploads or a next action. Employees, partners and administrators need different views. Roles and access permissions are therefore planned together with content and navigation.

Integrations with a clear purpose

We examine where information comes from and where new entries must go. Available interfaces, data quality and failure cases shape the connection. Unavailable services and incomplete information need an understandable response too.

03 / A closer look

The right way to reach your users.

A browser application can be opened through a link; device-specific functions or other constraints may call for a different approach. We explain the consequences for development, release and ongoing maintenance before choosing a platform.

From prototype to everyday use

Core journeys are checked on the agreed devices, including input errors and loading states. If offline use is required, local storage and later synchronisation are explicit requirements. Introduction and support are planned around the real operation.

What we can build for you.

01

Understand the use

We turn everyday situations into clear screen flows. A prototype makes the experience discussable before full development.

02

Choose the platform

Mobile app, web app or portal: the approach follows the use case, devices and budget. Login, roles and integrations are considered from the beginning.

03

Test real journeys

We check the central tasks on the agreed devices. Feedback informs the first version and a prioritised development plan.

ONE POSSIBLE WORKFLOW

An employee opens their next assignment, accesses the relevant information and records completion. The office receives the update through a connected application.

What the scope can include.

  • Mobile applications for customers and employees
  • Customer and partner portals
  • Login, roles and protected areas
  • Notifications, uploads and system integrations

CANAVIA

What you receive.

We agree a specific first-version scope, including the relevant interfaces, integrations and release method.

Useful to know.

Do we need an app-store listing?

Not always. A mobile web application or secure customer link can suit many tasks. The use case determines the choice.

Can the app work offline?

Where required, offline data and synchronisation are planned explicitly. They are distinct technical requirements.

LET’S CONNECT

Which task should your app simplify?

Describe the users, their devices and the most important journey. We will define a useful starting scope.
